A wonderful small family run trattoria, excellent food, service and a lovely family team running it. Menu was of local seasonal dishes, poached egg in Parmigano cream with truffle, seriously good, Morel risotto, perfection, and Guinea fowl with white truffle, again sublime. Good wine list and sensible recommendation of a local white wine. Well worth the trip to Italy just for this. Fortunately a few more places to try while we are here.
